I challenge you to make a list of 5 things you are thankful for EVERYDAY
It seems like an easy challenge, but trust me, it's not. Not everyday is a wonderful day and that is where the challenge lies.
When you get into the practice of making a 5 thankful list every-night, you are challenged to reflect on the day. No matter how terrible a day you had, there are always reasons to be thankful.
We often go through life focussing on what we don't have, who made us mad that day, what didn't work out the way we expected it to etc. But when you take on this challenge you will notice a shift in your thinking pattern. You will start acknowledging all the wonderful things that happen over a course of a day. Overtime you will change.....
